| There is a long answer and a short answer to this question. The short answer is a minimum of 2 full time NOPD patrols, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The long answer is that everything can be changed as needed to prouce maximum results, but we are planning and have budgeted for 2 24 hour patrols plus extra around holidays or crime sprees. |
