MOTION made by Ms. Guidry to enter into the Cooperative Agreement with the City of New Orleans for the purpose of providing security patrols to the district upon the terms and conditions set for the in the agreement. 2nded by Ms. Henderson. Unanimous approval.

Authorization to enter into revised CEA

MOTION by Ms. Guidry that we authorize Corey Tisdale, MCSD Chairman, to execute the Cooperative Endeavor Agreement on behalf of the Mid-City Security District. 2nd by Ms. Henderson. Unanimous approval.
