Mid City Security District - Mid City Security District, New Orleans, LA

The Mid-City Security district coordinating officer, Sgt. Ronnie Stevens, maintain statics of all arrests and citations made by MCSD officers. He also keeps crime statistics on anything that happens within the boundaries of the MCSD such as burglaries, rapes, murders, etc. The MCSD will use those statistics to track the progress of the MCSD.

In September 2010, the MCSD will have its one year anniversary. At that time we will be able to begin comparing year-to-date statistics to track the progress of the district. Given the often cyclical and seasonal nature of some crimes, a month by month comparison is not as effective as year-to-date.
